    An older gentleman friend/coworker of mine likes to wear a fanny pack. He needed a new one but couldn’t find one at any stores. I pulled up Amazon on my iphone and found him one for about $7 and ordered it. I had it shipped to him with “Bob the Butt Boy and his Farting Band” as the name (inside joke). It took over a month to ship so I left a 1 star rating on amazon. Next day I get a call from the small business that sold and shipped the fanny pack, asking why I gave them a bad review. I explained the shipping problem and embarrassingly explained Bob the Butt Boy and the entire joke (which lost all comedy upon retrospect). They explained to me that they processed everything properly and the problem must be the post office. Not only that they refunded me more than the shipping costs for the hassle! I was embarassed but very happy with their customer service and their devotion to maintaining a good reputation.

    I contacted an ipod touch case companie asking to let me make reviews on youtube. I was only expecting one case but when I got the shipping order I found out that they sent me six cases. They also had grreat communication with me and allowed me to do whater i wanted with they cases. I loved the great customer service they gave me.
